My Story
I'm Isilda, or Izzy rather, your health shop owner and manager.
I have been in this industry for 7 years now, and have qualified as a Holistic Health coach, Transformation coach, Weight management coach, Personal trainer and so much more!

I found that when I moved back home in 2013 there was nothing of this sort in the country and I just had to start something that was so close to my heart. Everything wellness is my passion.
The Shop
The Health Shop was opened in 2013, in an attempt to give the country something it had never had!
